Logistics
Delivery & collection
We run deliveries and collections from Linstead Depot. Both are scheduled jobs with a named driver, a date and a delivery area, so you know when to expect us.
Sample data. Delivery areas, timings and fees are sample values for this demo and are set by configurable rules in the system, not fixed in the website.
Areas we serve
- LinsteadSame-day where stock allows
- Bog WalkNext working day
- EwartonNext working day

Delivery fees
Fees are calculated by the system from configurable rules — a flat fee within Linstead, location-based rates for outer areas, and waivers on larger orders. Your itemised quote always shows the fee separately from the rental and the deposit.
Site access
Someone must be on site to receive and sign for the props. If we cannot access the site or no one is there, the job is recorded as a failed delivery and rescheduled.
Depot collection
Prefer to collect? Choose depot collection at checkout and pick up at Linstead Depot on your requested date. No delivery fee applies.
End of hire
We schedule a collection for your return date. Every tracked unit is counted back and inspected, and anything damaged or missing is flagged against its asset tag.
